ADUs are the highest-value move a Valley homeowner can make — rental income, room for family, or a private studio. We take them from the first 3D rendering through permitting, foundation, framing and the final walkthrough.
Detached units, garage and JADU conversions — all handled in-house, all permitted with LADBS, all built to the same standard we'd hold for our own homes.
Typically $90,000–$250,000, depending on size & finish.
